We are seeing degrading performance across the mail platform consistent with poor network performance. This is being investigated.

Resolved
The issue with Mail has now been resolved, there was a connectivity issue which was the main cause of the problem. E-Mails that were accepted by our Mail Server for outgoing delivery will be sent. Some incoming messages may have been bounced back during this time but will be accepted if the sending server retries.

New Incident Status: Identified
Our System Administration Team have identified the cause of mail connectivity problems on some Mailboxes and are currently working on a fix.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

Investigating
Clients may notice intermittent issues when attempting to send mail from both our web and mail platforms. Our system administrators are aware of this issue and we hope to identify the cause as soon as possible.
